Attention all students! The Committee Against Kids Using Computers (CAKUC) has determined that the Internet is too dangerous for children. They want to outlaw the use of computers for all children under the age of 12.
So begins the WebQuest, Safely Surfing Cyberspace, that starts grade 3 – 5 students on a quest to find out how to be safe online. Using the WebQuest format of introduction, task, process, resources, evaluation and conclusion the students end the quest by creating a multimedia production to teach others how to stay safe online.
